Lumbermens Insurance & Financial Services has a team with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of employee benefits.  Lumbermens has access to all of the insurance carriers doing business in central Oregon with no quotas or incentives with any of the carriers.  Our approach includes analyzing the needs of the client and placing business with the insurance carrier that will best serve our client.

Lumbermens has access to COBRA manuals and related documents for notification of COBRA rights to employees.  This is available to all of our clients.  

Section 125 (or flexible spending account) plan documents and administration is available.   A staff member can be present for meetings with employees and their families to explain the benefits of a Section 125 plan.

*We can provide the documentation needed to establish premiums for the employer to charge and reserve for self-insured accounts.  Also, recommendations and cost estimates for benefit changes based upon actual utilization.
